About Next.js Booking & Vacation Rental Template with Stripe & AI Assistant
Hollina is one host company's direct-booking business in a single full-stack template. On the website, guests search stays by destination, dates, guests and type with the filters kept in the address, open a stay's gallery, amenities, house rules, reviews and two-month availability calendar, and see the nights priced as they choose them. The checkout takes a card through Stripe hosted Checkout, a PayPal account through Orders v2, or payment on arrival, and a signed webhook, never the guest's return, is what confirms a paid booking. Afterwards a guest finds the booking by its reference and email, cancels it while the policy allows, and reviews the stay once it is over.
The booking dashboard shows the host's day at a glance: this month's occupancy and revenue, arrivals and departures, and what is waiting. A month calendar draws every booking as its nights and lets the team block dates, each booking moves through confirm, check in, complete or cancel with the reason any step is unavailable, and the stay editor holds both languages in tabs with ordered photos and a publishing check. Inquiries are answered and noted, reviews are published or hidden, and an AI assistant answers questions about availability, bookings and revenue from the company's own data, drawing charts in the chat.
A NestJS API with TypeORM serves both apps on SQLite or MySQL, with JWT auth, roles and permissions, and real-time notifications. One availability service answers every question about free dates, so the website, the checkout, the calendar and the assistant never disagree. The seeder creates a complete demo company with 14 stays, 60 bookings, inquiries and reviews, 27 MCP tools serve the assistant and coding agents, demo mode keeps every visitor's changes to that visitor, and one command removes the demo code from each app. Both frontends ship in English and Arabic with right-to-left layouts, in light and dark themes.
