The AI assistant
A chat that answers members about their own training and coaches about their roster, draws charts and cards, and logs for the member: what it does, what it needs and who pays for it.

What it does
The assistant has its own page, /en/dashboard/ai-assistant, for every account. It answers from the account's own data and acts within the account's permissions.

- It runs on Google Gemini, OpenAI or DeepSeek. Each message is billed to the key it runs on, at that provider's prices.
- It keeps a history of conversations per account, and the empty screen suggests what to ask from the account's own day.
- Every action it takes is checked against the signed-in account's permissions, so a member asking for the member list is refused.
Without keys, and on the sample data
- With no provider key on the API, the assistant's page says "No AI model is connected". Every other screen works.
- On the dashboard's sample data, with no API, it answers from a set of scripted replies under a model named "Kinora Demo", which shows every kind of answer it can draw. Real models need the API, which holds the keys.
