What the template is made of
Kinora is a fitness dashboard for members and coaches, in two apps: the dashboard and the NestJS API behind it. Members log workouts, meals, sleep, health and progress; coaches run a roster, assign work and follow each client.

What your package contains
The Dashboard package is the Next.js app on its own.

It runs on built-in sample data in the browser until you connect it to the template's API. The API is a separate package and is not in this download.
What your package contains
The Backend package is the NestJS API on its own, with the database, the demo data and every route the dashboard uses.

The dashboard is a separate package and is not in this download. Any client can use the API over HTTP.
Members and coaches
Everyone signs in at the same form and lands on the same dashboard address. The roles an account holds decide what it sees: a member gets the training pages, staff get the coach overview and the gym's back office, and the Head Coach and the Personal Trainers also get their own clients.
On Windows, use PowerShell or Git Bash for the commands in these guides.
The dashboard runs in English and Arabic, with the Arabic interface laid out right to left, and in a light and a dark theme.
