The four free Aniq-UI templates today
Each of the four free templates is a one-page Next.js site with React 19 and TypeScript, in English (/en) and Arabic (/ar, right to left), served on port 3030. They first shipped on Next.js 15.2.4 and moved to Next.js 15.5.28 in their release of 24 October 2026; the tech stack lists above show the current versions.
Web Design Agency Portfolio Template
MONO is a dark, black and white brutalist site for a design or web agency: a hero with two buttons, four cards on the agency's approach, four projects, five process steps, three client quotes, three pricing plans with a monthly and annual switch, and a contact section with a checked form.
- Built with: Next.js 15, Tailwind CSS 3, next-intl, Motion, React Hook Form with Zod, TanStack Query.
- Good to know: the contact form sends nothing until you set
NEXT_PUBLIC_API_BASE_URL, then posts to/contacton your own API. - Best for: agencies and freelancers. MIT licence. See the Web Design Agency Portfolio Template and its documentation.
Company Website Template
NOVA is a landing page for an AI product with ten sections, among them four "how it works" steps, four feature tabs, twelve integration logos, a quote carousel, three blog cards, pricing with a monthly and annual switch, and six FAQ questions.
- Built with: Next.js 15, Tailwind CSS 3, next-intl, Framer Motion, Radix UI, Embla Carousel.
- Good to know: there is no form or back end, and the only setting is
NEXT_PUBLIC_SITE_URL. Photos load fromimages.unsplash.comand most logos fromcdn.simpleicons.org. - Best for: a company or software startup. MIT licence. See the Company Website Template and its documentation.
SaaS Landing Page Template with Pricing
SaasPro is an always-dark page for a software product with six feature cards, four steps, three testimonials, three monthly plans, a plan comparison table, ten integration logos, six FAQ questions and three blog cards.
- Built with: Next.js 15, Tailwind CSS 3, next-intl, Framer Motion, Radix UI.
- Good to know: a newsletter section ships in the code but is off the page until you add it; it posts to
/newsletter/subscribeon your own API. Prices are monthly, in US dollars by default. - Best for: a SaaS product that sells plans. MIT licence. See the SaaS Landing Page Template and its documentation.
3D Landing Page Template
A one-page site for a juice brand. A 3D wheel of four cans turns with the mouse wheel, the arrow keys or the arrow buttons, and the page takes on the colours of the flavour in front, with floating fruits, ice cubes and a water ripple under the pointer.
- Built with: Next.js 15, Tailwind CSS 4, React Three Fiber with Three.js and Drei, GSAP, next-intl.
- Good to know: it reads no environment variables and ships every file it loads, 3D models included. The sign-in form and cart are demo UI. Each can is a
.glbmodel whose label you replace in Blender, and visitors need WebGL. - Best for: one product, such as a drink, or learning Three.js in Next.js. Free under the Aniq-UI commercial licence. See the 3D Landing Page Template and its documentation.

How to choose
- You sell a service: the agency portfolio, the only one with a contact form ready to post to your API.
- You sell software on plans: the SaaS page for a plan comparison table, or the company website for a monthly and annual price switch.
- You sell one physical product: the 3D page, if you can prepare a 3D model with your label.
- You need orders, sign-ups or payments stored: none of the free templates has a back end; see the paid options below.
How to run a free template locally
- On the template's page, press Get Free, enter your name and email and press Claim. Your dashboard opens with the ZIP under My Templates.
- Unzip it and open a terminal in its folder (
landing-page-template-1,-2,-3orjuicy). - With Docker Desktop, build and start the image, then open
http://localhost:3030.
docker build -t my-site .
docker run -p 3030:3030 my-siteWithout Docker, use Node.js 22 or newer. corepack enable is needed once per computer, so that yarn uses the Yarn 4 version the template pins.
corepack enable
yarn install
yarn devIf port 3030 is taken, run docker run -p 3041:3030 my-site or yarn dev -p 3041 and open http://localhost:3041.
How to deploy it
For the agency, company and SaaS templates, set NEXT_PUBLIC_SITE_URL to your address before you build: the canonical link, the language links and the social cards use it. The 3D template needs no variables.
- Vercel: push the folder to a Git repository, import it and keep the default settings. Add
ENABLE_EXPERIMENTAL_COREPACK=1so Vercel installs the pinned Yarn 4. - A Node.js server:
corepack enable, yarn install, yarn build, yarn start, with Nginx or Caddy in front for your domain and HTTPS. - Docker: the same image runs in production. Pass the
NEXT_PUBLIC_settings as--build-arg, since they are written in at build time.
Before going live, replace the sample projects, quotes, prices and contact details, and give the buttons and links real destinations.
What the free licence allows
- Agency, company and SaaS templates: MIT. You may use, change, publish and sell copies, client sites included, if the copyright and permission notice stays with the code.
- 3D template: the Aniq-UI commercial licence covers unlimited projects, your own or a client's, and you may change the code. You may not resell or share the source code, sell it as a template, UI kit, theme or starter kit, claim authorship, or put it in an open source project.
Each download and each template's documentation include the licence. Read it before you publish.
When a paid template is the better choice
Pick a paid Aniq-UI template when you need more pages, a light theme or a product behind the page:
- Next.js Landing Page Template (Publino): Next.js 16, a home page, a pricing page with monthly and yearly plans and a contact page, dark and light themes.
- Next.js SaaS Template (SaaS Pro): Next.js 16, with pricing, blog, contact, sign-in and legal pages.
- Full-stack templates that pair a website with an admin dashboard: the restaurant template with online ordering, the real estate template with an agency dashboard, the e-commerce template with an admin dashboard and the LMS template with live classes.
Publino and SaaS Pro allow unlimited commercial projects, client work included. Prices are on each template page.
FAQ
Are these landing page templates really free?
Yes. All four cost nothing. You get the full source code as a ZIP after you enter your name and email on the template's page.
Can I use a free template for a client website?
Yes. The MIT templates allow it if the copyright notice stays in the code. The 3D template's licence covers client work too, but you may not resell it as a template or share its source.
Which Next.js version do the free templates use?
Next.js 15.5.28 with React 19 and the App Router, since the release of 24 October 2026. Publino and SaaS Pro run Next.js 16.
Do I need Docker to run them?
No. Docker Desktop alone works, and so does Node.js 22 or newer with Yarn 4 through Corepack. Both open the site on http://localhost:3030.
Do the free templates include a back end?
No. The agency contact form and the SaaS newsletter form send nothing until you connect your own API, and the 3D template's sign-in form and cart are demo UI.
Do the templates support Arabic and right-to-left layouts?
Yes. Each ships in English at /en and Arabic at /ar, laid out right to left, and its languages guide shows how to add another language.
