Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once you have gained access to the templates or downloaded the files, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Exceptions
We may consider a refund or exchange in the following cases:
- You purchased the same product more than once by mistake
- The product is not as described or is defective
- There are technical issues that prevent you from accessing the product and we are unable to resolve them
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. Provide your order details and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
