Overview
We provide a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund window for every template purchase made on Aniq-UI. If the product is not right for you for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund within that period, with no exceptions or qualifiers.
Digital Products
All offerings on aniq-ui.com are self-serve digital downloads. Granting access to the template files does not limit your refund eligibility—you may request a refund at any point in the first 14 days after purchase and we will return 100% of the payment.
How to Request a Refund
Submit your request within 14 calendar days of the order date by reaching out through our contact form. Include your order ID and the email address used at checkout so we can locate your purchase quickly.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we confirm your request. You retain access to the template until the refund is processed.
