Demo mode
The switch that turns the stack into a public demo, what it changes, and how to take it out of your own product's code.
For the Full Stack package
Off unless you turn it on
Demo mode is the switch for sharing the template as a public demo, where anyone can sign in to the dashboard with the role they choose, try every page and the assistant, and go through a checkout, without changing what other visitors see and without moving money. It is off in every .env.example, in the Dockerfiles and in docker-compose.yml, so your own product never meets it, and one command per app removes its code entirely.
