This licence governs the use of the Software purchased from Aniq UI. By purchasing and using the Software, you agree to the terms below.

Scope

• Covers an unlimited number of projects, which may be your own product or work delivered to a client.
• The Software may be used to build an application, SaaS product, website or internal tool within that allowance.
• Building the project for a customer and handing it over is included: the finished project becomes theirs to run and maintain. The right to reuse the Software on anything else stays with you.
• Reusing the Software beyond what this licence covers requires another licence.

What you can do

• Use the Software to build and deploy projects according to this licence.
• Modify the source code to suit your project requirements.
• Use the Software in projects delivered to end users, as a finished product rather than as a template.

Restrictions

• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publicly share the Software source code in any form.
• You may not sell, publish or distribute the Software, or any derivative of it, as a template, UI kit, theme or starter kit.
• You may not claim authorship of the original Software design or codebase.
• You may not include the Software source code in any open source project.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
